Information about your rental:

• Rentals must be paid in full prior to occupation by either cash or credit card
• Phones are not installed and telephone use will be charged separately
• An accommodation tax is due at the applicable rate, which is currently 10%
• The house is fully furnished.
• A deposit of 50% of the cost of the booking is required
• The house is unsuitable for young children
• Non-smokers are preferred
