It sleeps 8 people in two King sized bedrooms and two double bedrooms. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and two have air conditioning.
All the floorings in the main house are fine Jamaican hardwoods.

High Season
December 3, 2005 - Saturday, April 29, 2006
1-4 persons - $4,515 per week - $645 per night
4-8 persons - $6,020 per week - $860 per night
Low Season
Saturday, April 29, 2006 - Saturday December 2, 2006
1-4 persons - $3,500 per week - $500 per night
4-8 persons - $5,005 per week - $715 per night
Christmas and New Year's period
Saturday, December 17 - Saturday, December 31, 2006
Two week minimum rental period - $7,000 per week
Information about your rental:
- Rentals must be paid in full prior to occupation by either cash or credit card
- Phones are not installed and telephone use will be charged separately
- An accommodation tax is due at the applicable rate, which is currently 10%
- The house is fully furnished.
- A deposit of 50% of the cost of the booking is required
- The house is unsuitable for young children
- Non-smokers are preferred
