May 1st – December 5th $3,600 per week
December 6th – April 31st $4,800 per week

Information about your rental:

• This condominium has two bedrooms
• Rentals must be paid in full prior to occupation by either cash or credit card
• Phones are installed and local calls are free and overseas calls will be charged separately
• An accommodation tax is due at the applicable rate, which is currently 10%
• The condominium is fully furnished
• A deposit of 50% of the cost of the booking is required
