Information about your rental:
- The rates include a daily towel change and full linen change mid-week; as well as all utilities and 60 channel cable TV.
- Rentals must be paid in full prior to occupation by either cash or credit card. No checks will be accepted.
- Phones are not installed so occupiers should either bring their own cell phone or pick up a pre-paid local cell phone (deposit US$100) - some available on site.
- There is no daily proportionment of rates so that, for example, persons staying 5 days will pay for one week, and persons staying 10 days will pay for two weeks etc.
- Units accommodate a maximum of 4 adults plus 2 children under 12 years. No over-occupancy will be permitted. Cots are available.
- Hotel accommodation taxes are due at the applicable rate which is currently 10%
- NO PETS or animals permitted.
- SMOKING INSIDE THE UNITS IS NOT PERMITTED.
- The units have central air-conditioning.
- All units are fully furnished with linens, dishes, etc.
